Our Working Process

Complete USPS Form 1583

  • To authorize Harbor Mail Center to receive mail on your behalf, the United States Postal Service requires Form 1583 to be completed.
  • Our team will provide the form and assist you with filling it out if needed.

Provide Identification

USPS requires two forms of valid identification to verify your identity.

Required documents:

  • One valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Passport, State ID)
  • One secondary ID, such as
    • Auto insurance policy
    • Vehicle registration / Vessel registration

Choose Your Mailbox Size

Select the mailbox size that fits your needs:
